Many of our products are natural materials including crystals, minerals and handcrafted items. Variations in colour, shape, size and pattern are natural characteristics and not defects.

All orders are subject to availability and acceptance. We reserve the right to cancel or refuse any order and provide a full refund.
You will receive confirmation once your order has been accepted.
4. Pricing & Payment
All prices are shown in GBP (£).
We reserve the right to correct pricing errors.
Payments are processed securely via approved payment providers. We do not store full card details.
5. Shipping
Orders are processed within 1 working day (Monday–Friday, excluding public holidays).
Delivery times are estimates and not guaranteed.

Items must be unused and in original condition.
Customers are responsible for return postage unless the item is faulty or incorrect.
