30-Day Returns

We offer a 30-day return window from the date of delivery.

If your item is faulty, damaged or incorrect, Luna Panther will cover return costs.

For change-of-mind returns, customers are responsible for return postage.

We recommend using a tracked service.

For hygiene reasons, earrings cannot be returned unless faulty or damaged.
This does not affect your statutory rights.

Refunds are issued to the original payment method within 14 days of receiving the returned item.

Crystals and natural materials vary in colour, pattern and formation. These variations are not considered faults.
